The subject of the project is to create the conditions for the application of case management to the social protection system of the Czech Republic at all its levels, through the preparation and pilot testing of a unified model of coordinated approach, including the provision of related methodological support to selected municipalities with extended competence and the strengthening of the competencies of relevant actors for whom coordinated approaches are expected and required. The aim of the project is to streamline the system of management and provision of social protection in the Czech Republic.
