The aim of the project is to implement a comprehensive programme aimed at conceptual, methodological and educational support for the prevention and rehabilitation of residential segregation in the territory of 6 regions. The project aims at the territorial solution of social exclusion, envisages the creation and implementation of desegregation plans aimed at specific areas of residential segregation (socially excluded localities), for the elaboration and start of implementation of which the applicant will map, strengthen and provide professional support.
