The project will contribute to increasing the level of efficiency of the social services system. The following will be created: • supporting documents for the IT system for managing the single data base, including modules for reducing administrative burdens and planning and booking capacities for social services; • materials for streamlining the planning system for social services and social inclusion; • proposals for a quality management system and for dealing with complaints and complaints in the social protection segment.
