We focus on creating and verifying an innovative method of multi-institutional way of dealing with cases of children who are victims of domestic violence (hereinafter referred to as MIP) in district and regional courts. The piloting will involve 9 courts of first instance or appeal and experts from institutions involved in solving the case of the child and his/her family, if domestic violence is detected (OSPOD, SZ, IC, PMS, etc.). The involvement of the courts will be declared by the promise of the court. Evaluation and awareness-raising activities will take place.
