The project aims to increase the competences of municipalities to manage and evaluate social inclusion policies, to implement state social inclusion policies at the local level through partial objectives, to introduce tools for interdisciplinary and interdepartmental cooperation, to link support in thematic areas and to increase the participation of target groups of socially excluded persons and socially excluded persons at risk of social exclusion. There will be 150 unique communities. 50 municipalities in KPSV 2021+ and 100 municipalities in Counselling.
