The project focuses on creating an effective system of inspections in social services, social and legal protection of children and specific services. The aim is to increase their quality and efficiency through the modernisation of the inspection process and the training of inspectors, which will lead to an improvement in the services provided. The competence model of the inspector, the training academies and the new inspection models are key pillars. The project will strengthen public and provider confidence in the inspection process.
