The project, which will be implemented in Prague, aims to improve the difficult life situation of young people from socially disadvantaged backgrounds, at risk of risky behaviour and unfinished education, through a programme of individual counselling and motivational activities. The project also focuses on supporting their families in relation to the socialization and educational needs of children. Interdisciplinary cooperation between NGOs, schools and OSPOD will be strengthened. The project will support 76 people.
