The project will encourage families to solve part of their children's problems on their own. We will use our family conference service, which we will now closely connect with Lata's social activation service. Thanks to this multidisciplinary team, we will be able to better help families identify situations that they can solve with the help of their natural social network, while accompanying them at the time of the implementation of the created Family Plan, thus supporting the long-term impact of the proposed solutions.
