The project is focused on the expansion of shared care through homesharing, which has been implemented in the Pardubice Region since 2019. Specifically, this is an extension of CS OZP to children/young adults with a diagnosis of mental disability (without ASD, which we are currently working with) and a total increase in HS capacity of 17 persons with disability. Support will be provided to persons with disabilities and their families in the form of community assistance provided by trained hosts with the support of employees of our organization.
