The project aims to support informal carers of children and adults with mental and combined disabilities from the Tábor and Self-Slav region. The aim is to make their situation easier for carers, to help them acquire the necessary information and skills for care at home, and to provide long-term caregivers with psychological support and space for sharing their experiences. The project includes individual and group counseling, therapeutic groups and activities that help improve the mental health of caregivers.
