We are providers of inpatient hospice care. Unfortunately, no one in our district currently provides home hospice care. We would like to support people who are interested in their loved ones, in the terminal stage of the disease, to care at home. We want to support them through the work of two nurses who will help them learn how to care for their loved ones, give them practical advice, real help and encouragement. The care will also include the assistance of a professional consultant/specialist (psychotherapist).
