The project addresses the long-term burden of families caring for children and adults with disabilities in the Benešov region. It offers specialized comprehensive advice and practical guidance on life situations, with a focus on coordinating various care resources and managing the risk of a caregiver's outage. It complements professional support with the concept of self-help (peer) groups. In parallel with the support of caregivers in sharing care, the increased capacity of the community service also carries a day-care centre for adults with a higher level of needed support.
