The project focuses on the support of informal caregivers in the palliative/hospice care phase in the natural environment and its activities follow on from the project ‘Hospice of St. Elizabeth - A Dignified End of Life Best at Home’. The implementation of the project will allow a larger number of patients to live at home, where they will be accompanied by their loved ones. The purpose is not to call into question care and dying in inpatient facilities, but to enable those who have decided, after mature deliberation, to preserve their loved one at home to live up to this commitment.
