The content of the project is to strengthen structures and processes for which there is no time and capacity left in the normal operation of the organization. Primarily in the areas of strategic planning and revision of existing fundraising procedures and financial management with the aim of achieving better financial stability by diversifying resources and supplementing them with resources not yet used, as well as the introduction of systemic measures when working with human resources in the organization.
