The project will kick-start strategic, financial, PR development Like at Home, an organization dealing with the issue of multiple disadvantaged women, including Romani women. Supports employees in long-term strategic planning. It will enable the creation of a PR strategy, thanks to which the organization will communicate its activities more effectively and participate more strongly in the public debate on equality, inclusion and participation of Romani women and Romani people. It will support the stabilisation of the Homeless Cooks project, which employs women in social distress, 40% of whom are Romani.
