The content of the project is a controlled process that enables the Romani NGO Khamoro o.p.s to achieve change in terms of acquiring the necessary capacity to be a functional and reliable tool for the effective integration of the Romani minority and the implementation of systemic strategies in this area. Key activities: stabilization and development of fundraising and communication, networking, sharing experience and strengthening partnerships, setting up and implementing advocacy work, human resources development - employee education.
