The project responds to the fight against the existence of domestic and gender-based violence against Roma women. It brings them the opportunity to open themselves through 5 self-help groups and through educational and informational activities will help them to defend themselves against violence and know who to turn to for help. There is no data on violence against Romani women in the Czech Republic, so we plan to do research aimed at collecting information on the forms and extent of this problem. We will involve members of the Romani women's group Manushe in the project.
