The project will contribute to empowering Roma communities at the local level by developing competences and expanding the knowledge of the involved representatives of the Roma minority in the areas of community organizing, community development and entrepreneurship. The aim of the project is to strengthen the competencies of the engaged part of the Romani community so that it is able to effectively promote the interests of individuals, groups and communities, while also being involved in decision-making processes at the local level.
