The project will contribute to accelerating changes in NGOs and building personnel capacity, through which conditions will be created for the initiation of internal processes, anchoring of the product portfolio and development. Using the potential and existing strengths of NGOs, the project will contribute to the development of NGOs at all levels. The outcome of the project will be a professionally functioning organization with a team of workers and volunteers that will contribute to its future viability and sustainability in the area of integration of the Roma minority.
