The project focuses on supporting the development of the organization in the field of social services and related services with an emphasis on the need to set up internal processes and quality management that will lead to the development of employees, provided services (especially social services and services in the field of social and legal protection of children) and especially to the development of the protection of people who use the services. The project will strengthen the NGO's personnel capacity, prepare an internal audit for the area of services and set up a quality management system.
