The project is a direct follow-up to the already successful ‘Capacity Building Slova 21’ project (Call 03_22_042) aimed at strengthening the organisation’s capacity to support the integration of the Roma minority. It is a deepening of achieved outputs in strategic planning, financial and project management, effective fundraising, human resources development and improvement of marketing and PR activities. The project will support 24 employees and 10 volunteers. The place of realization of the project is Prague.
