The project will focus on the implementation of activities leading to the strengthening of the long-term stabilization of the organization R - Mosty through the effective setting of internal processes, including systematic fundraising, education, targeted development and professionalization of employees, and the project will thus contribute to the permanent defence of the interests of the Romani minority. Furthermore, the project will focus on providing advice to smaller Roma organisations with the aim of stabilising and developing them using and transferring good practices verified in the applicant's activities.
