Through the dissemination of the CBA method, we want to achieve a shift to evidence-based decision-making at our partner organizations in the areas of prison, IT education, and execution and insolvency. We divide the project objectives into two levels: 1. Improvement of services of individual partner organizations 2. We help system change (SZ) at the level of state decision-making bodies.
