In the project, we will verify the method of early capture of mothers and their families who are threatened by psychological, social and economic stressors. We will also verify the method of early intervention of the support coordinators, which follows the method of early capture and is connected to the target organizations providing social support services. The aim of the project is to connect health and social services. In the project, we will also increase the competences of midwives in the field of psychosocial support for mothers.
