The subject of the project ETCS + DOZ Votice - České Budějovice is the construction of the implementation of remote control of interlocking equipment (DOZ) SZZ, TZZ, PZS, related communication and high-current equipment and the trackside part of the single European train protection system ETCS level 2 (ETCS L2) in the section Votice (outside) - České Budějovice (inclusive). It is the construction of a European signalling system, which will form an integral part of the infrastructure within the overall concept of ERTMS development on the railway network of the Czech Republic.
