The subject of the grant application is the modernisation and extension of a technically unsatisfactory and morally obsolete area in Brodek u Přerova, which includes a railway siding and paved areas for the storage of building materials. The project promoter is Metrostav Real Estate, s.r.o., which is modernising the site for its sister company Subterra a.s., which is active in the field of railway construction. The aim of the project is to increase the efficiency of the siding operation while increasing storage capacities.
