The subject of the project is the acquisition of new gastrotechnology for the school kitchen of the Secondary Medical School and Higher Medical School in Ostrava, a contributory organization including dismantling and ecological disposal of existing kitchen technology in connection with measures aimed at reducing energy intensity and increasing the efficiency of technological processes.
