Energy conscious modernization of the catering operation of Vsetín Hospital a.s.

In the Vsetín Hospital at No. 955, a change of the tehcnological equipment of the kitchen was proposed. The principle of the solution lies in leaving the steam, which is problematic in terms of transmission efficiency.
