The subject of the project is the implementation of energy-saving measures on the building of the Elementary School in the village of Přepychy No. 69 consisting in the change of the heating system. The existing storage stoves will be replaced by a heat pump with a maximum output of 17.1 kW and a new heating system will be built. The project will not be implemented using the EPC method or Design and Build. The building is owned by the applicant and is located in k.ú. Luxury at Opočno [734705] No. 124.
