The project solves the construction of green roofs at the newly built elementary school and gymnasium on Comenius Square in Říčany. Roofs are constructed by their composition as roofs with significant accumulation ability. Flat roofs will be planted according to the overall thickness of the composition. On the south wing (SO 04) with an intensive green roof - a residential terrace with a school garden, on other areas with extensive. The power of greenery is from 15 to 28 cm according to the type of roof. The total area of green roofs is 0.411 ha.
