The subject of the project is the construction of a new processing plant of the applicant on the existing unused area (brownfield) in the cadastre of the municipality of Horní Suchá, specifically at parc. no. 1055/1 in k. ú. The upper dry. Specifically, this will be a waste recovery facility intended for the treatment of edible waste oils and fats Cat. No 20 01 25 - Edible oil and fat, which the applicant purchases and collects from legal entities, natural persons authorised to conduct business and citizens and municipalities; catchment area of the whole territory of the Czech Republic.
