The purpose of the project is connected, in particular, with the revitalization of the city library. Its current location does not correspond to the importance of this organization. The parameters of the buildings in which the municipal library is located significantly limit its activity. The project intention is to move the municipal library to the premises of the former fire station. It is a currently unused building that requires a complete reconstruction. After the modifications, the operation of the municipal library will be established here as a multifunctional library and educational center.
