The scope of the project is the payment of expenses for tariff salaries of PO employees, as well as the payment of regular stabilization financial contributions based on an increase in the personal surcharge and remuneration for employees involved in the implementation of ESIF. The project must be implemented in order to ensure and stabilize quality and qualified employees of the PO. The project is prepared for 46 positions (one of which is dedicated to the Rural Development Programme) and one DPČ.
