The overall objective of the project is to develop the road infrastructure of Cluj County by upgrading the secondary road links DJ 170B and DJ 103K to the TEN-T road network. Through the established objective, the project falls under Priority Axis 5, Specific Objective 3.2. of the ROP, in the sense of increasing sustainable national, regional and local mobility, including improving access to TEN-T by upgrading the county roads, as well as increasing the connectivity of Cluj County with the neighboring counties in the North and North-West.
