Increased participation in vocational training programs for 610 employees in the North-West Region over a period of 36 months. This objective aims at strengthening skills, encouraging a more efficient anticipation of changes and labour market needs. The project will facilitate professional transition and promote career mobility, thus ensuring that employees are prepared for the ever-changing demands of the labour market.
