The overall objective/purpose of the project is to create more mobility corridors at the level of Salonta Municipality in order to reduce GHG emissions and implement at local level a green public transport system and an alternative transport system, including by encouraging the use of non-motorized means of transport. The aim of the project is to implement at local level a sustainable transport model, based on the principle of sustainable mobility assumed by the European Union and Romania through the European Green Deal and the Paris Agreement. Thus, this project with the title "URBAN MOBILITY COINS BY CREATING BICKLETS AND PRIORITY CORIDERS FOR MEDIUM TRANSPORT IN ECOLOGICAL COMMON. Route I East-West and Route II South-West-West in SALONTA’ is in line with Policy Objective 2: ‘A greener, low-carbon, resilient Europe moving towards a greener and more resilient economy’.
