The overall objective of the project is to promote lifelong learning, updating knowledge and skills to the requirements of the labor market for 610 employees in the Bucharest-Ilfov region, aged 18-65 years, of which 490 participants complete the training with a certificate and 74 participants acquire a qualification. In the context of globalization, technology is spreading faster, giving rise to new fields of activity that gradually replace the old ones. With the advent of each new occupation, the skills needed must adjust to meet changing demands. The imperative of continuous training is amplified by the lack of workforce, the ageing of the working population and the presence of a significant percentage of low-skilled or under-trained employees.
