The overall objective of the project is the elaboration of the Codlea Local Development Strategy (LDS), through activities of identification and diagnosis of the marginalized urban area (ZUM) and its delimitation, but also through activities necessary for the elaboration of the strategy, namely activities of animation, facilitation, involvement, mobilization and consultation of local partners and of the marginalized urban community targeted by the LDS. The project will generate a positive effect, both at local level, within the community of the marginalized urban area, and at the level of the entire region, by reducing the number of people at risk of poverty and social exclusion. The implementation of this project will ensure the development of a Local Development Strategy for Codlea Municipality, which is a municipality with over 20,000 inhabitants. In the long term, the project will produce positive effects due to the adaptation of the activities both to the specificity of the marginalized urban area and to the local specificity and to the integrated approach.
