GENERAL OBJECTIVE – Promoting integrated and inclusive social, economic and environmental development, as well as culture, natural heritage and sustainable tourism in Carei Municipality Rehabilitation, consolidation and functionalisation of the 2 annexed buildings of Karolyi Castle (former servants' houses) – L.M.I. codes: SM-II-m-B-05280.04 , L.M.I.: SM-II-m-B-05280.04 and L.M.I. Water Tower: SM-II-m-B-05280.06, reunite the Ensemble of Karolyi Castle Ensemble, code SM-Il-a-A-05280 of which are an integral part and bring back to life a valuable monument from the historical, architectural, cultural point of view but also one of the most important symbols of the local community. Reunifying the image of the historical ensemble of Karoly Castle, improves the quality of the appearance of the urban public infrastructure, increases the functional mix and attractiveness of the urban ensemble and creates a touristic center, polarizing urban life.
