The overall objective of the project is to develop and strengthen the institutional, operational and administrative capacity of Concordia Employers' Confederation and its members to substantiate, develop and support public policies, namely the unitary and effective representation of the employers' movement in Romania at national and international level and to support the development of social dialogue by diversifying and increasing the quality of the services provided, by boosting the affiliation of new members, by introducing modern management, marketing/communication and information technology techniques at the level of organizations and by attracting specialists and/or increasing expertise.
