The overall objective of the project is to improve access to the labour market and activation measures for at least 135 people who want to set up social enterprises in rural areas, of which at least 14 women, at least 21 Roma people, at least 41 vulnerable people in rural areas, by promoting self-employment and the social economy in rural areas, respectively setting up at least 34 sustainable social economy structures in rural areas in the North-West, North-East, Centre and South-East regions, in order to ensure the integration on the labour market of people from vulnerable groups. The project will target rural municipalities, as defined and set out in Law No 351/2001 approving the National Spatial Planning Plan – Section IV of the Locality Network.
