The overall objective of the project is to improve access to the labour market and activation measures for at least 135 people who want to set up social enterprises in the urban environment (jobseekers, young people over 30, unemployed, long-term unemployed, people from disadvantaged groups on the labour market, inactive people), by promoting self-employment and the social economy, respectively setting up at least 23 sustainable social economy structures in the urban environment in the North-West region to ensure the integration into the labour market of people from vulnerable groups.
