The overall objective of the project is to increase the accessibility of rural and urban areas at the level of Bistrita-Năsăud County, including improving access to TEN-T, by rehabilitating the county road DJ151 from km 45+810 (Bistrita) to km 126+736 (limit with Mures County). Specifically, this project aims to increase the degree of mobility in Bistrita-Nasaud County, by modernizing 76.88 km of road, 15.170 km of sidewalks and 10.680 km of bike paths, 7 bridges, 1 viaduct, 371 bridges, mounting 14 hydrocarbon separators, arrangement 28 bus stations, 7 parking lots, 31 pedestrian crossings of which 5 are supervised with video cameras, 4 intersections illuminated with photovoltaic panels, 8 weighing and traffic tracking systems, 5 traffic surveillance systems and speed measurement in the area of pedestrian crossings, 8 charging stations of electric cars.
