The general objective of the project "MODERNIZATION DRUM JUDEȚEAN DJ 657, RECEA (DJ 653) VALEA MARE – PRISEACA - POBORU - SPINENI (DN 67B), KM 0+000 – KM 45+728" is to improve regional connectivity and increase the accessibility of rural and urban areas located close to the TEN-T road network by upgrading the county road DJ 657. The aim of the project is to reduce the existing disparities within Olt County, but also the intraregional ones (between the counties of the South-West Oltenia region) and the interregional ones, towards Arges County (South-Muntenia region), by modernizing DJ 657 which will allow the accessibility of an area with a poor economic development, with implications on its development and implicitly on the development of Olt County and the South-West Oltenia region.
