The overall objective of the project is to improve and modernize the social dialogue in Romania, with a focus on the car and metal construction sector by strengthening the capacity of PTIR and the Free Massa Trade Union in collective bargaining. All activities involved in the implementation of the project contribute to the achievement of the specific objective ESO 4.2 "Modernisation of labour market institutions and services to assess and anticipate skills needs, ensure timely and tailor-made assistance and support labour market matching, transitions and mobility (ESF+)".
