The project aims to increase the capacity of civil society organizations to contribute to the inclusion through employment and training of disadvantaged groups and to get involved in the implementation of employment measures, through support actions to strengthen their role on the labour market and their involvement in strengthening civic dialogue. The Employment Service of A1 will generate a positive long-term effect by increasing the number of organisations active in the labour market that will have an increased capacity to anticipate skills needs, monitor labour market information and support public institutions with labour market responsibilities in ensuring adequate social protection and acceptable working conditions for those in new forms of employment. Employment is a highly relevant area in terms of reducing poverty and social exclusion. By the fact that the project aims as the organizations in the group
