The general objective of this project is the rehabilitation of the building in order to increase the energy performance of the construction. The investment has the following specific objectives: • reducing energy consumption for heating; • reducing maintenance costs for heating; • reducing maintenance costs for indoor lighting; • improving indoor comfort conditions; • mitigating the effects of climate change by reducing pollutant emissions from energy production, transport and consumption, in line with the Europe 2030 strategy; • increasing energy independence by reducing the consumption of fuel used in the preparation of heating agent, achieved (in turn) by implementing alternative sources of energy production; • improving the urban aspect of localities; • creating new jobs in the implementation phase; • attracting investors to the area, due to the implementation of pr
