Increasing the capacity of civil society organizations in the Bucharest-Ilfov region to strengthen social and civic dialogue and partnerships for employment and training, by supporting 30 entities in the target group aimed at improving organizational management, digitization of activities, application of active employment measures, support services, development of partnerships, coalitions and networks of good practices, transnational cooperation, transfer of good practices and ensuring 30 active entities with strengthened capacity for specific labour market activities. Development of competencies through authorized training courses, informal and seminars, workshops, conferences, for 70 participants from the structures of civil society organizations selected in the target group, 70 participants who completed the training with certificate / participated in the exchange of best practices / trainings.
