The overall objective of the project is: Increasing the energy efficiency of public buildings in the Municipality of Sibiu by thermal rehabilitation of the historic monument Maria Theresa building, destined as an educational space. The general and specific objectives of the project fall under the specific objective of Priority Axis 3 ‘A region with environmentally friendly communities’, Specific Objective 2.1. "Promoting energy efficiency and reducing greenhouse gas emissions, Action 3.2. Energy efficiency in public buildings.
