GENERAL OBJECTIVE: Strengthening the capacity of social partners by increasing strategic and managerial, digital and operational capacity, networking, social dialogue and advocacy for 30 Civil Society Organizations active at local level through 72 members/employees/volunteers, in order to provide services on the labor market through training and active employment measures, and to actively involve in the development and monitoring of public policies in the field of employment and vocational training. THE PROJECT CONTRIBUTS TO THE Achievement of the SPECIFIC OBJECTIVE OF THE ESO4.2 PROGRAMME through the strategic and managerial, digital and operational empowerment of 30 NGOs in the field of employment and training, so that they can provide authorized quality and personalized services on the labour market, to match supply and demand, to support transitions and mobility in line with current and anticipated trends in labour market skills,
